iLikeCheapStuff.com v2 now live!!!
As you can now see, iLikeCheapStuff.com has a new look and interface to it. After 21 months of being online and hundreds of thousands of hits later, the breaking point for the blogging software that was being used was met. Since launch, the site has been powered by Blogger, which is all find and good for small and medium sized blogs. The problems with it are several, I won’t bore you with the details. Lets just say that after 11,005 deals being posted, I was fed up.
Over the last few days I have been working on this new version of the site, tweaking little things about it to make it easier to read, easier to find deals and an overall better experiance for everyone. Please keep in mind that there will be some small bumps that still need to be ironed out, however I am happy to say that nearly everything transfered here without any major problems.
I have also updated the RSS feeds, so you should not notice any problems with them. Please bare with me as these small bugs are worked out and as I work towards putting all 11,000 deals into catagories.
